OTish: I want my NFL team to draft ___
With the combine in full effect, a disappointing BBall loss in the rearview mirror and hockey off for a while, I thought this might be an interesting topic. Who is your NFL team and who do you want them to draft? Who do you think they will draft? OT-ish because most of us might want Michigan people on our draft lists.
I'm a Bears fan and I REALLY want them to draft Molk in the 2nd round. We need OL help like crazy and I think he's the best center in the draft. There's been talk of the Bears looking at Konz, but I think the 4" height difference is nothing compared to 41 vs. 18 reps on the bench. I mean, Hemingway benched more than Konz did. Sure the bench isn't that applicable to playing football, but still. you know what you're going to be tested on, you prep for the test.
There's also talk of the Bears taking Floyd in the 1st round. I feel "meh" about this. I'd rather have the Bears get a free agent proven wide out (Vincent Jackson?) than draft one, but I don't know who else works for the Bears at 19. I guess they could do both. We also need Safety help, but I'm not sure there is a good safety pick at 19.

Definitely Junior Hemingway. They need a #1 and a #2 receiver. I'm ok with Floyd in round #1 and Hemmingway in #3 if he's available.

I love how people think because Hemingway ran a 4.5 he's going to go before the 3rd round.
It's a 4.5 folks, not a 3.9...
He was a potential undrafted free agent...a 4.5 doesn't get you to the 2nd or 3rd round. It gets you drafted. 5th round would be more appropriate.

Bears. Honestly I'd like to see them wrangle Jordy Nelson away from Green Bay. If they did that I'd like to see them draft Courtney Upshaw or Nick Perry.
If they dont get a FA wide receiver, they gotta get Floyd or Alshon Jeffrey.

49ers. We need a large WR that has decent speed and who can leap for the ball. Would have helped in redzone situations. Braylon was suppost to be that guy, but with unfortunate injurys and the lack of chemisty he wasn't panning out. Most of you guys probably wouldn't like me saying this but I think we should grab Michael Floyd. I don't like the guy but he would be a perfect fit.
After that we need to look into getting a Guard or Center so Molk would be a guy in mind, look towards interior D lineman (BIG GUYS who can handle 3-4) maybe that Poe guy because of his strength and then probably a strong safety for the future.

team to just have a pick in this years draft. Yep good old Raiders traded all but one of the first 6 rounds worth of picks over the past few years. So we may have 1 5th round pick this year. 1st and 2nd went to Carson Palmer. It was sad Al Davis died but my team needed a new leader without a doubt.

DC media says we will trade 1, 2, 3 this year plus 1 next year for RGIII.
I'm hoping we do.
