Does anyone know a place to watch the game online? Predictions on Game: Det-3 (Hossa 2, Helm) Pitt-2 (Crosby, Stall) (I suck! never again)

Especially since the same act was why the penalty was called against Ericsson last game, giving the Pens the lead on a PP. I understand not calling something close, but that was just too obvious. Especially since that was number 2 tonight.

period maybe if your a penguins fan. Wings looked sloppy and from now on im just gonna assume that pp=goal for penguins. Wings are absolutly terrible at winning battles/races for the puck, blocking shots, and clearing pucks out of the zone on the kill. If you had to pick a weakness im sure you wouldn't want it to be at a time where your naturally weak to start off with.

Decent first period by all except the referees. They're screwing up offsides, icing, face-offs.. basics! The officiating has been awful this entire series, I don't understand it. It's like they're operating out of some special "2009 Stanley Cup Finals" rulebook instead of the normal one.

I almost want to think that the NHL doesn't want any team to win, they just want this series to go longer than 4 or 5 games. Then again, calling the high stick during the Pen's PP just turns it back into shitty officiating, instead of the league prolonging the series.

"2009 Stanley Cup Finals" rulebook: - Malkin can do anything with repercussion... - Crosby's name must be said in a 10-1 ratio ( 1 mention every 10 words)

They went through it pretty well on NHL Network after the game. The problem was that as the Penguins' centerman was putting his stick down the Wings' centerman kept lifting the Penguins player's stick before he could get it down and they were in effect jumping the draw. It was actually one of the better breakdowns of faceoff situations that I've ever seen done on TV.

my favorite part of the series is how pittsburgh fans get outraged whenever someone on their team gets hit or knocked down. i know crosby gets free penalties like that all the time, but it doesn't apply to everyone on your team pittsburgh fans

I was at game 1 and we do it too...I recall more than a few times I booed ( along with most of JLA) for a few no calls, but damn they did it everytime one of there players hit the ice. Edit: btw i will no longer be predicting the score on here. I did it the past two games and we lost both. Sorry.

the penguins started playing well, and the second period was a killer for them. they had not had a good second period all series, and now they put in three, the shorthanded goal, completely deflated the Wings, as well as energized the Penguins. then the other two goals within the next 5:40 were pinpoint passing, except for Crosby's where a wings player blocked the initial pass from Malkin. If i were a Wings fan, id be worried, Crosby finally scored. He's been having good chances on goal so far this series, he just haven't been able to put it in, due to Osgood being a great keeper, and the pipes. but now he's scored, so if that opens the flood gates, id be worried for you guys.

I think we lost this series tonight, we have absolutely no momentum, and the Wings simply quit out there in the 2nd, no excuse for giving up 3 goals that quickly, one shorthanded. Sad to say, but it was an end of an era out there tonight. Pens in 6.

4 games in 6 nights dude. They let up a bit, then couldn't bury anything in the 3rd. I don't think it's a positive, but have some faith.

Honestly, this reminds me of the '96 World Series, when the defending champ Braves came out and smacked the younger Yankees around for the first two games, and then lost the next four, it was a passing of the torch, and I feel the same way about this series right now.

i was thinking the same thing. this reminds me of the recent pistons, for some reason. i get the impression the wings, for whatever reason, take games, periods, plays off because they think they can. im hoping now they're backs are against the wall and they're gonna come out fighting. and they NEED datsuk. honestly, why isnt he playing. its the stanley cup championship. we need him bad

If this gets to a game 7, God help the Wings, you know that the calls would go 100% for the Pens in a game 7, Bettman's cash cows hoisting a cup makes him hear that money gettin' cash register sound.
