also, JV doesn't have a real pitch count. He is a freak. He can throw 130 and not get tired. Amazing pitcher man. Amazing. I love him.
like JV, pitch count is irrelevant IMO. However, bad mechanics, pitch counts become important because you don't want the pitcher to continue throwing with bad mechanics over and over until their arm explodes.
