Yeah, watch Pablo whatshisname on Univision. I watched nearly every world cup game on Univision in 2010. It was a very fun experience

This was the perfect situation for Adu to come in and shine.  Against an inferior opponent where the US lacked spark, he's exactly what they needed.  If we see him against Mexico, he won't look near as good.  He may have played himself into getting the supersub against Mex in the final, but this game really was the perfect place for him to make an impact.

It wasn't pretty, but they did a good job of not opening themselves up and providing consistent pressure.  This final should be good.  I see Mexico winning, but the US can grit out wins against anyone.

It is important to remember that he is younger than Bedoya and Klejstan who for many people seem to be real newcomers to the USMNT.  Adu just celebrated his 22nd birthday at the start of June and still has the talent and time to make himself into a very good player.

It's hard not to root for this kid.  You can only imagine what it's like to be told that you're the next soccer-Jesus at the age of 14.  The kid should have never been playing pro at that young age and you can only hope that he finds the right place to mature and become a man as well as a better player.  He said all the right things in his post-match interview, and I have to say I'm really rooting for this 22 yr. old.

People have written him off because his name has been known for such a long time. I think he is really coming into his own now, which might be too late for majority of the impatient fans.

I hope Adu can get better so he'll become a solid contributor down the road for USMNT.  He offers creativity at midfield that USMNT is lacking. This will allow Dempsey to move up to striker spot in which he can finish from this spot which is something that USMNT really don't have, a striker who can put the ball into the net.

Hey I've missed all the games so far due to work and just signed on here late tonight and got the play by play and then looked into some other game results and saw that Onyewu hasn't been playing. Just wondering if anyone on here could let me know whats going on with him. Says that he's on the roster but haven't got any minuets is this due his past patella tendon injury or a new one or just passed on the depth charts?
