I don't know and maybe he is a criminal but why can't we discuss it? I'm not making excuses and I am not doctor but it seems as if he is has bi-polar disorder. This is serious, he could end up getting himself hurt or dying, he has a young son at home so I feel for the child

even if he gets convicted of the residential burglary (PC 459) will still get some jail time and probation, not prison.   this offense is serious and as others have commented, really could have ended up with someone dying.   if people are that interested i can try to gather more details.  my old stomping grounds, willing to bet somebody on my old football team is the one who ran him down.  we had a couple of shut-down corners ourselves, guys who did play pro before going into law enforcement.

and i'll bet $ right now drugs had something to do with it - either t. young was high, or the house he wanted into was thought to be holding them, but drugs are in there somewhere.
