OT: Thoughts/Prayers

Submitted by Tools Of Ignorance on November 16th, 2017 at 11:41 AM
Please be kind as this is my 1st...A friend and co-worker was critically injured at work last night. He is stable but will be transferred to U of M medical center very soon for extended treatments. He is a die-hard OSU fan, but it would be great if we could show him how supportive the board can be for bigger picture issues.

Here's to a speedy and complete recovery for your friend.  Lets hope he is recovered enough to watch Michigan thump his beloved team into a scarlet and grey pulp in a week and a half.

He should wear his Scarlet and Gray whenever possible, and hopefully dons such attire as Michigan gives OSU the "Kinnick Treatment" during The Game.  Nobody at the hospital will care, and they'll probably appreciate his spirit.

And I hope that The Game is his only bad experience at the hospital, and that he makes a full and speedy recovery.  All the best to him - except, of course, future results against Michigan.  Get well soon, injured Buckeye!

Hope your friend gets better, but prayer requests are sort of a thing for your house of worship or facebook feed.    Especially if it isn't a Michigan athlete.

Feel better soon, injured Buckeye. You’re at a great facility, and lots of people are thinking warm thoughts and praying for you. Let’s hope that next year’s Game finds you healthy and happy back in Columbus.

Glad he is stable, certainly better than the alternative. He couldn't be in better hands. Some of my best friends are MSU/ OSU fans, so I can appreciate what comes with that. Hope he gets well soon.

this year. If something serious were to happen to him, as has happened to your friend, it would be very upsetting. Wishing your friend the best, and Go Blue!
