OT - TEDxUofM Livestream
There's some amazing stuff going on in the University. Really really inspiring speakers here. Worth watching for a bit if you have time.
I went to TEDx last year, and it was amazing. I was bummed when I found out I couldn't make it this year (I have a class that I can not skip). It's great that they stream it though, so at least I don't have to miss the whole thing. I definitely would recommend it to anyone who can make it in the future.
A few of my buddies are on the TedX UofM "Music for Ideas Vol. 2" album. There are a lot of talented, aspiring musicians in Ann Arbor and I'm glad the TedX stage is allowing them exposure. Check out "Nothing's the Matter" by fthrsn in particular. Album is free to download.
some very cool ideas, thoughts and projects coming out of Ann Arbor. Always good to hear Ralph Williams, unfortunately I was only listening so I didn't get to see his magical hands (those things are like a bunch of bananas).
I know one of the team memebers of Treads (http://www.detroittreads.com/index_reg.html). Very cool idea and it's presented well.
