If they tag and Kirk doesn't sign he can effectively kill their cap until they let him go for nothing.

Cousins because of the cap issue. That would be an all-time dumb move by the Redskins because they would be stuck paying two QBs 50-60+ mil which effectively kills their team building strategy.

I'll be really interested to see how Jimmy does now that he's getting paid. He probably should also give Brady a lil cut because he learned from the best in the biz in how to prepare.

Basically admitted he shipped Jimmy to San Fran for such a cheap pick because he was invested in his success. If Brady/Kraft were forcing him to trade him, he wanted to set him up somewhere he could succeed, hence why he traded him to Shanahan. I think Jimmy G will have a good NFL career. Can't predict what will happen but he learned under Brady/Belichick, pretty good tutors for his first 3.5 years.
