Almost as funny as izzo losing the game by himself. Calls a timeout which cancels out a dunk that would have won them the game.

What a great day. Most importantly on the hardwood, Michigan won in a great comback.

to construct a sign and wave it around on national television, you waive your right to not get made fun of regardless of age.  She's a college aged student... I absolutely knew how to spell far more complicated words than united at that age and I did not graduate from any sort of prestigious university.

Having said that, spelling is a strange attribute... my brother is an excellent radiologist, but he's a terrible speller... I'm in corporate finance, a far lesser skill, but I'd kill my bro in spelling.

Thank you! My whole family was watching the game and I was the only one who noticed it. No one believed me and no DVR. I wondered if maybe there was a Sparty player named Unided (maybe, like, Spanish or something).

Izzo's presser had some awesome quotes...

"I'm very disappointed," Michigan State coach Tom Izzo said. "For them to have zero free throws at the half and end up with 32 is a joke."

"It was my choice not to foul at the end of the game," he said. "Maybe I'll change, but I haven't done that for 20 years. We've done OK."

"I don't think we've ever been outrebounded 52-36 in the history of me," he said. "I thought both teams were bad offensively, but they drove it down our throat."

"Valentine was in foul trouble, and we just don't have the bodies right now," Izzo said. "They kept rolling guys in and had 10 guys play 10 minutes or more.

"It was the touchy, feely stuff," Izzo said. "The coaches said, `Let's play like a fourth-grade gym class,' and they got what they wanted, a free throw contest. They were better than we were at it."
