OT- Rodney Stuckey apparent seizure
I was wathcing that Pistons having a pretty good game against the Cavs and during a timeout he had an apparent seizure, but thats unfficial. He was fine going into the timeout but something happened. Im not sure. I hope he's alright and its nothing really serious.
ESPN just reported that he's breathing on his own and his vital signs are all stable. He's undergoing testing at a Cleveland hospital.
At least he's at the Cleveland Clinic. That's a world class hospital he may not have had access to in other NBA cities.
You know whats more sad is when they bring this highlight on sportscenter they will just show Lebron James and just mention Stuckey
Not even mentioning Rodney's situation during highlights upset me as well.
Holy cow! I hope he'll be OK. First I hope it's not life-threatening. Second, I hope it's not career-threatening.
Turned the game on right when this happened, and it was certainly scary. Hopefully he'll be okay and that this is not a career-threatening condition.
Hope he is ok, I was watching the game and it was definitely a scary situation. Last I've heard he is doing stable at the hospital and will stay the night.
Well, if this doesn't prove the Pistons are snakebit with rotten luck this year. ESPN had shown a graphic saying Stuckey was the only Piston not to miss a game this year. So of course the Angry Piston Hating Gods strike him down with a seizure. Hope it just turns out to be a freak thing and not something really serious.
..this probably bodes well. If he had gotten worse, it would be all over the 'net.
I wonder if there is something going on with the lighting in that arena. Didn't Ben Wallace faint/pass during a game there when he was on the team? Maybe a coincidence, but it was clear to see the above lights flashing on the court while the game was going on.
I would think if there's been repeated incidents than Stern would have to step in and put the kibosh on that.
Stuckey is stable and doing ok. That was terrifying, hopefully it's as minor of an issue as a health issue can be.

Yeah that was scary to see, reminded me of Jiri Fischer when it happened, hopefully it's not that serious and he will be ok.
