OT Projected Ohio state depth chart 2017.

Brand new offensive staff likely to be missing some toys in Samuel and Baugh. Defense is getting hammered in the secondary and possibly losing McMillan as well. JT Barrett has been under fire and is not guaranteed to be the starter. http://www.elevenwarriors.com/ohio-state-football/2017/01/78860/depth-c… Michigan has a great shot to be the BETTER TEAM for the second year in a row and you have to love the sound of a first year coordinator and possibly QB?....in the Big House with a Don Brown defense across the ball. Ohio State is always going to be loaded with athletes but their roster next year doesn't NOT strike fear in my opinion.

It used to be 'Wow! OSU is in the playoff and will probably play Alabama for the national championship with such a young starting line up.  And just wait 'til 2017 when all these guys mature!'

Now its is 'Wow! They need to bench their 3 year starter pre-season Heisman watch list QB, have a terrible o-line, and will be super young again b/c all of the good players are exiting early for the NFL.  Probably worse in 2017 than in 2016.  Fire the entire offensive staff and hire a new OC who threatens to yank scholarships unless guys play with concussions and serious injuries!'

Our run defense won't hold a candle to what it was this year.

Its going to be a year for growth unless our QB plays out of his mind.

We have plenty of depth chart to worry about in our own house.

I went to Columbus this year for The Game, I've spent the night with major Ohio State fans and boosters recently. Trust me, they think about and obsess over us waaaay more than we do over them.

Yes it is ok to have posts about them. It's ok to see who they have coming back. Know thy enemy.

Can we please drop the sanctimonious tired act of always being offended when someone posts something about our rivals? Our rivals are relevant, a lot of us care (for the who gives a shit crowd), and most importantly, it gets old watching so many play into the worst stereotypes of the entitled holier than thou Michigan fan that is spoken about outside of this state.

Peeps are running scared of the Buckeyes and I dont for the life of me know why. Barret is average. Their running game if they cant stretch you to the sideline is mediocre. They were 11-2 but they won 2 of those games by the skin of their teeth and the other against us they needed 13 players. They could've just as easily been 8-4.

The 247 composite class calculator throws cold water on any illusion that we will have similar talent to osu next year. This is very rough math, but between the 2013-2016 classes, osu totals about 1010 points. That number includes Barrett and Baugh, but not Samuel. M totals 762,including Peppers (dreaming, I know) but not O'korn (forgot to add) or Newsome (anticipating a redshirt). For comparison MSU totals 761. The point is that next year the coaches and underclassmen will have their work cut out for them to make up for the sparse 2014 and 2015 classes.
