OT: Lions extend Jim Caldwell

I know a lot of people won't like this. Caldwell does weird stuff in games sometimes. Game management isn't great. Don't underestimate a coach that can keep guys playing together, buying in and acting professional. It's not like that stuff is the norm for the Lions. They are well prepared. Really good coordinators. They seem ready on game day. They make decent halftime adjustments. He'll probably lose a game with his end of game management this year but this will be offset by the positives of the culture he's established.
