OT- Just finished the new South Park "Whale Whores", what about Charlie?

First of all, this was a great episode. It surprises me that I still find this show good after this long. Secondly, when they panned to the football field I about passed out when I thought the target could be Fat Charlie, it was instead the Miami Dolphins. That was pretty obvious I guess, but I had my Maize tinted glasses on and missed the simple connection. However, it would have been absolute Michigan porn had the story been changed a bit.

the WHOLE "Whale Wars" show. Most notable Captain Paul. And when Larry King comes on i almost had pop come out my nose. That picture of him is dead on. South park is great. But i also agree the show is hit and miss. It seems that when they just stick to ripping on current invents the show is much better. When they go and start making episodes about wierd shit thats when it gets a little shady to me.

"current invents" - well I must say, that is a new one. SP is great - people that don't like the show obviously don't watch and base their "reviews" on the show's early years when it was simply just funny and crude. One of the rare shows out there that has evolved into something way more substantial than its beginnings. Also, if you know about the show, you'll have some basic knowledge of how much work these guys put into it. We're talking 18-20 hour days for a week up until the day before the show airs.

It has surprised me how South Park has evolved over the years. It is constantly laugh out loud funny. The wrestling episode the other week was great. Also, the episode that aired right after Obama won the election was insanely funny. I am wondering how these guys come up with some of this stuff? I hope it does not involve loads of different kinds of drugs, but you never know. South Park still does have the occasional episode that is "out there". HOWEVA, overall this is a great show and still relevant after being on the air many years.
