Years ago I wrote a Pi Day song to the tune "Bird Dog" for my students who learned and performed it for the school every year.  Students often returned to see me on Pi Day with, yes, a pie.  I actually received a note asking me to sing it today.  Discretion prevailed.

My son (Bloomfield Hills HS, Calc and Stats) who expanded and improved both the language and musicianship should be performing today.  The beat goes on. His quote below has nothing to do with today.

A2 Pi race tonite, at 6:03.14 pm, distance 3.1415 miles @ Hudson Mills; finishers get ...a piece of cherry pi. Any way you slice it, should be fun. Late edit: start time 5:03.14 if you are using MGO world clock.
