OT: Favorite Wikipedia Page
"Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject, so you know you are getting the best possible information."

This has been a painfully slow week. So, let's try to stir up some new information that isn't too contriversial, and share what you think is pretty informative or just pretty crazy out there on Wikipedia. Here are some of my favorites:

I see what you mean. That may be an exception that needs to be built into the game, since the page "web document" does not immediately begin with a definition of what a web document is. In such an instance I would move on to the next hyperlink.
FWIW, I used an earlier link and got there in somewhere around ten clicks. Pretty neat. I had never heard of this before!
I had never heard of this until today.
South Dakota Highway 34 -> South Dakota -> Midwestern United States -> Census Bureau-Designated Regions and Divisions -> United States Census Bureau -> Federal Statistical System of the United States -> Federal Government of the United States -> Federal Governments -> Federalism -> Politics -> Governance -> Geopolitics -> Geography -> Earth -> Planet -> Astronomical object -> Entity -> Abstraction -> First Principle -> Proposition -> Contemporary philosophy -> Western philosophy -> Philosophy.
22 clicks from South Dakota Highway 34 to Philosophy. Awesome.
Why were you looking at HW 34? Trying to get to Oahe and stay off the bumper cars known as SD interstate? That new speed limit has made it too dangerous to use them
I just clicked "Random Page" and it sent me there.
I started with Hulk Hogan.... Got there in 17

From Jim Harbaugh it only takes 16...I knew this guy was special
But one of my favorite websites from the early days of web sites. It was founded in 1995.
And, related to the OP, this is an interesting list:

Quite a ways in 20 years.
a wikipedia page that discusses wikipedia?
From the Mach 5(Speed Racer) wikipedia page:
"Button F, Frogger Mode (フロッガー Furoggā?, Frogger): Used when the Mach Five is under water. First, the cockpit is supplied with oxygen. Then, a periscope is raised to scan the surface of the water. Everything that is seen is relayed down to the driver's seat by television. The 100 pound (45 kg) auxiliary supply of oxygen is enough to last for thirty minutes. This is despite the fact that enough diatomic oxygen gas to weigh 100 pounds—that is to say, 1417 moles—would occupy over thirty thousand liters at standard temperature and pressure and thereby support many people for many hours. However, unless the Mach 5 was equipped with an electric drive mechanism, which is never mentioned, the Mach 5's engine (rated at 5,000 HP) could consume this supply in a few minutes, assuming it had the ability to operate on a pure O2 supply."

Unusual articles.
British Army officer Sir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton de Wiart
He served in the Boer War, First World War, and Second World War; was shot in the face, head, stomach, ankle, leg, hip, and ear; survived two plane crashes; tunnelled out of a prisoner-of-war camp; and bit off his own fingers when a doctor refused to amputate them. Describing his experiences in the First World War, he wrote, "Frankly I had enjoyed the war."
