Repeatingly doing stupid stuff. Not sure we will know the real facts on this latest alleged incident.

A cocky talented kid with tons of admiration and money with no consequences in the Dallas Cowboy/ Jerry Jones culture is a great recipe for disaster. This won't be the last incident unfortunately.

The fact of the matter, though, is that unless he does something truly awful (I'm thinking a high-level felony like sexual assault, armed robbery or god forbid murder), he's going to get bailed out every single time.

Why? Because the guy can run the ball. If he was just another guy on their roster, he'd probably already be out the door. But he's going to win games for them. So I don't think Jones will mind looking the other way on stuff like this.

I'm telling you, it won't be long until you see people wearing shirts around Dallas that say "Zeke being Zeke" on it.

Elliott seemed to understand that his success on the field led to greater scrutiny off it. “Just trying to learn to stay out of the way,” Elliott he told reporters during a June minicamp. “Whatever you do is going to be seen …

I am sure the Dallas Cowboys would like him to learn this lesson a bit quicker of late, having read that entire article and learned about some things I didn't know were going on with Elliott actually.

the players get away with everything in Columbus as the prosecutors never press charges unless really, really bad. The NFL is reviewing the allegations and will hold their own "investigation" which is not based on a legal standard but on a code of conduct standard. Also, he did not help his case with the NFL pulling down some girls shirt in public to expose her breasts ... I mean it is captured on film for all to see. Kind of hard to dispute that behavior isn't sexual harassment. Lump that together with the prior accusations and Mr. Elliott is going to get a suspension to put him on notice to clean-up his act.

Of us would have a hard time dealing with getting millions, being famous at 22. I'm not excusing Zekes problems but it's hard to expect him to stay home every night. Also he is a target for people. I'd rather be rich and anonymous

So we have a 21 year old who might have thrown a punch (at a guy) in a bar? Who cares? I know a lot of good guys who have gotten into a fight in a bar. This is a non-story unless it was a sucker punch or something of that nature.

were that he led a very sheltered life (both parents moved to Columbus when he signed with the Buckeyes). It could stand to reason that he's still immature and unworldly, but he should probably figure it out soon.
