OT- Bears v. 49ers

Submitted by DCBlue on
Started watching the game on the NFL Network. At first, it was normal with an announcer feed. Now, I just have the field feed. I can hear the crowd, whistles, etc., but no announcers. Anyone else getting this? Maybe I shouldn't complain, as NFL Network announcing is usually god-awful.

All the important sounds, but no announcers. I wish I could watch every game like this. It's like the Universe is paying us back for having to listen to Pam Ward and Matt Millen.

I am watching the game NFL Network HD and can hear everything. But now that I can hear Millen, I wish I was watching with you guys! EDIT: Just checked the regular station and can hear nothing so it must be something with the regular feed.

Dammit...touchdown for the 49ers..and our bears offense was moving nicely on offense...except for those 2 stupid interceptions. I guess it is a good thing I am deaf, thus will never have to listen to any announcers!! The caption kept saying "please stand by" and I was thinking "great, captioning problems" but it is funny to read that there was no voice. NFL should have put a caption saying "we are experiencing technical difficulties."

I really want Matt Forte and Frank Gore to both have big games. Gore is on my fantasy team and Forte is on the team who is playing the guy with whom I'm tied for first.

Why couldn't the 49ers D have done this well last week? I picked them up as a replacement since I saw that they were playing the Titans. I figured that was a safe 15 points. Wrong. They got me 1 point so I kicked their ass to the curb and now they're going to get something like 20 points today.

I love having a NFL game on Thursdays because I believe you can never have too much football but it seems that the announcers are always horrible. I wish they would actually broadcast the whole game like they did the first few minutes tonight. Nothing but the sweet sounds of the cadence and the pads cracking as the hits are given out.

- the draft probably won't help them too much this year with no 1st or 2nd round picks. The only reason they got Gaines Adams is because Marennelli was in love with him - I know it is early but that move has not looked good at all. I'm a Lions fan, so the Bears can continue to address their glaring need at wide-out as far as I'm concerned.

I think Jay Cutler is a pretty good quarterback, but he has thrown some brutal picks recently. He's got 4 tonight, 2 of which were absolutely his fault. One on the goal line, and one throwing late over the middle.

I think he is feeling a lot of pressure. He has only had 4 games in his career with 3 interceptions, and 3 of them are this year alone. He has had 2 4 interception games this year. We've only played 9 games so far. At this rate, all of his phone calls will be intercepted too..and it won't have anything to do with the "Patriot" act.

Wow. Chicago just got called for the illegal formation for the same reason we've gotten called for it a couple times. I don't think I've seen that before this year. Obviously I've seen plenty of too many men in the backfield (or not enough men on the line in the past) but only for serious misalignments not O-linemen being backed up by 3 inches.

Pre post disclaimer, I am a broncos fan. Now on with the evil. Cutler can be downright amazing, he can make literally any throw imaginable, and when he's on he can dominate. BUT he also throws a ludicrously high number of ints that feel like a shot to the nuts. I mean, he's Int prone, that's obvious, but a lot of his picks come on a short field, aka the redzone. He loses you as many games as he wins, and his problems are exacerbated by a poor o line and lack of a go to Wr. Trust me, cutler will only dissapoint.
