OT: Bachelor Party in Nashville
This weekend we are heading to Nashville for one of my friend's bachelor parties and I have never been to the area before. We are staying on Demonbruen and I was hoping for some insight into the good bars/eateries/nightlife to go to. Age group is Mid-20's, so we are probably looking for less of a "mellow" bachelor party and a bit more wild one.
I organized a bachelor party in Nashville in March of this year. We centered the trip around a Red Wings - Predators and it worked out really well. Anyway, a couple of highlights were the Brazilian Steakhouse Bombasha near Vanderbilt's campus and a tour of the Yazoo Brewery near downtown. You get a decent amount of beer included with the tour and it's a fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend both of those.
Other than that, Broadway is full of good bars and music. The downtown area is a great place to hang out.
Nashville can be one hell of a fun town. I lived there in my mid 20s in grad school....and bartended downtown at some clubs to support myself. Those were the days, great times.
The women in Nashville are the finest you will ever see...hotter than the women in LA where I live now...much sweeter too. Real Southern girls. The strip bars are great and all if you guys are in to that Gold club has been there forever and Deja vu is over on Demonbroun where you are staying...but definitely hit the clubs there on 2nd and talk with some real-Southern girls... They love yankee men too.
As far as other things to do...music and such, most of the places mentioned above are great and will keep you going all weekend. Have fun.
