My job made me take this test and I scored a 46. It's not a hard test, just measures how fast you can process information. I would be curious to see how SEC players score on this test.

True, but let's revisit this five years after they "retire" (read: are cut) and realize that making it rain so many times at the club maybe wasn't such a good idea. Seventy-eight percent of them will be bankrupt and would love to have my low 6-figure middle management job (that doesn't result in debilitating pain later in life).

In 2014 among (mostly) Michigan alumni, a low six figure salary is hardly bragging.  In fact it's probably below average (not trying to offend you Ypsi, but defend you).  I have at least a dozen friends I went to school with who are making 500k+, and I'm only 30.

I think you mean cachet ("the state of being respected or admired; prestige.") and not cache  ("a collection of items of the same type stored in a hidden or inaccessible place.").

This isn't really a test of intelligence, at least as it applies to football.  I mean, I've got a couple of advanced degrees but I'm an idiot at biology because the last time I studied it was in HS, and I probably would struggle to read an NFL playbook.  How a general aptitude test applies to a specialized set of knowledge like football always seemed weird, and unless the guy gets a 2 and seems to be trying I don't think it says anything about the player you couldn't pick up from a conversation.

One of my questions was which doesn't belong:

Apple

Orange

Watermelon

Celery

Tomato

Welp.

Celery is the only vegetable, but the orange is the only item on that list that doesn't have green varieties. So there's at least two options. Celery doesn't have seeds and it is also not rounded so maybe that's the more logical answer. Still, there are two freakin' answers.

I scored a 45. Higher than Eric Decker, I'm told.

I win the Wonderlic. He wins on looks, athletic ability, salary, and hot country star wife.

It's a push... right?
