I am a Michigan engineer and 5 of my coworkers and I have the unique oppurtunity to repel from the St. Louis Arch to evaluate the staining. Watch for it in October.

Yes, because every time she parks in a handicap spot she's taking a spot away from somebody who is truly disabled. I'd be tempted shoot a minute of video to document the situation.

Sometimes I get dinner with my grandma who badly needs the her tag because shes super frail and moves at about one mile per day with her walker. It sucks if there's no spots available. That woman is probably taking a spot from someone who could really use it (at least every once in a while)
