Twilight?  Must be a 300 level course then...

EDIT:: It makes sense now.  The prereqs are "Drawing in the lines 101" and "An introduction to coloring books."  And we thought they were reading it for a class...silly us.

This saddens me for the level of what college honors courses have deteriorated to. Don't get me wrong, I don't think everything needs to be classic literature, but seriously Twilight? Is Harry Potter being taught now too?

For some reason this doesn't surprise me. I can't recall but in one of tosu games they showed tressels class and a kid was on facebook during it. lmao no surprise.

When I was in college I took a Pop Culture class where we had to read the books "Ender's Game" and "Dawn".  It was the most enjoyable easy class in the history of easy classes. Funny thing is that I had never read a book "for fun" before that class, but after it I started reading every day, and still do. I guess I would have less of an issue with this if it wasn't an honors class, even though it looks like they're reading it for comparative purposes.

HA!   That is fantastic!!!  Unfortunately I cannot IM  or email the crap out of this link to everyone work because the servers have died on us.  It's too bad since I live in Columbus and work with mostly osu grads/fans.  Just hope the servers come up soon.

Finally, I may have found a school that will allow me to pursue my PhD in American Idol Studies.  Time to print out an application.

It will be "Dr. PurpleStuff" to you, bitches!

Although it might be a bit tough for OSU fans to grasp that book.  The longest word has 4 syllables, and is therefore longer than the longest one OSU fans know how to spell (ohio).
