OSU may possibly be good at basketball

Sparty is being taken to the woodshed. They have serious trouble scoring sometimes. Not unbeatable by any means.

Love MSU being blown out. I just wish they could get blown out without OSU receiving happiness from it, since they have had waaaay more happiness than they deserve. But then I keep thinking Sparty will probably shoot 95% against us next week. So fuck both teams.

Fuck MSU but they will shoot lights out against Michigan. I still think Michigan struggles to make the dance. Edit: still lots of time. Boo the OP.

not better than MSU's thanks to our loss to LSU and absense of any RPI top 45 wins (or any kenpom top 35 wins), but it is surprisingly close by W's and L's (just not at all close when factoring in margin of victory).  MSU's tourney seeding will be an interesting case of RPI/resume/SoS vs. eye test/margin of victory/advanced stats/talent.  Based on just Ws and Ls they probably don't deserve to be ranked ahead of Miami (YTM), FSU, TCU, Seton Hall, OU or just about any other major conference team with two losses.

Still, we look very good to make the tourney.  It would require a major collapse not to make it. To think they'll struggle to make it is completely ignorant.

God damn do I hate OSU and seeing them being successful. Of course they're doing this to MSU, something I doubt we'll be able to do. Also it's still so weird to me that Dakich went there, I don't understand how you can possibly make that transition unless you hate Michigan.

They can only shoot the lights out in the paint, the team isn’t a shooter team. When they try to be they make games they should win close or even worse what happened today. The senior guard that plays the two can shoot, the goofy mcquaid kid is streaky and bridges and Jackson get lucky with ugly looking bombs. States a fast break team that needs to score at the rim. I doubt we get run off the court. When you only play once and it’s on the road it matters way less anyway.

best 3 pt % in the country at 41.4%, which is almost 6 (!!) percent better than Michigan.

They don't have a senior guard that plays the two.  Their Soph PG is shooting 53% (!!), and Langford is at 46% (he's also a soph, maybe this is the guy you're thinking of?). Jackson is at 43% and it doesn't matter how ugly it is if it goes in.  Could say the same about Z.

Those guys are driving their high %.  Bridges isn't even that good at 34% but the rest of the team is shooting so well, the team is still 13th in the country.

Maybe you're thinking of a different team?

Caught a little of him talking on the Huge Show (I know, I know) and the dude is such a fucking prick about everything relating to Michigan. Maybe you should focus more on the systemic cover-up of rape at your institution, Mitch, and spend less time flapping your gums about Jim Harbaugh.

call time out there? What could possibly happen to spark a 19-point run in the final 47.5 seconds? Oh..., my bad. Izzo/spartie meme is that he coaches right to the final buzzer.
