Online sports betting question

Submitted by Dark Blue on
I was thinking of dropping a small online wager on some of today's games. Just wondering which (if any) online betting sites are OK to use. I've never done any kind of online gambling, but I have a friend who seems to like www.sportsbook.com

Yup... I had to verify some stuff via fax, like the credit card, driver's license, etc. As soon as that stuff went through, I had a check within about 4 business days. I was also wondering if anyone had any knowledge as to when banks will stop accepting checks from online gambling sources, and if this would apply to sites like Bodog? I thought I heard it was originally supposed to happen in January, but was delayed until June for some reason or another.

Not for much money, but pretty fun. They give you a dime (from advertisers) and let you keep any money you win (although the minimum cash out is like $25, so you wont be able to cash out for a long time)

Its real easy to get started with a credit card. However, most websites make you wait a little bit to cut you a check. I think Sportsbook.com has improved and is like 5-7 days to withdrawal but don't quote me.

Sportsbetting.com is good. They always have great sign-up deals, they'll match like 25% of your deposit. Also, once you're signed up, they send emails every few months where they will match a deposit 100%. Edit: just checked, they're offering a 110% sign up bonus.
