Ohio State Lands 2 More 5 Stars

Submitted by Caesar on

As seen on reddit, Trevon Grimes, a 247 Composite 5 star WR, and Tyjon Lindsey, a 247 Composite 5 star WR, have commmitted to OSU.

If it holds up, the 2016 Ohio State class will be a monster.

Edit: I don't really mind the negs, but when I did a site search, the alleged previous post on this topic didn't show up. It's also not showing up under the new-recent-hot mgoboard categories.

Edit 2: A mod says the previous thread was deleted earlier because it was poorly constructed (which also explains why I didn't find the thread). Per LSAClassOf2000

"The first thread was ultimately removed due to a few problems -

1) No names

2) It began with "Welp...", which....why?

3) Heywood_Jablome is a really lame handle

4) It brought out some OSU trolls

There were other minor issues, but you get the idea. This one is put much better, of course, but the person who did it first created a catastrophe sadly, so this one may not fare much better."

Urban is the worst person, but has a good sales pitch. I'm just thanking God they can only have a small class. We have some good players heading here. As long as interns no longer handle thank you cards.

Props to OSU for getting kids to live in Ohio for 4 years.  When I was in the Midwest I didn't even like driving through there.

Is unbecoming. Urban has taken a already great program to a who,e new level. It's time for UM to stop making excuses and prove it can compete both at recruiting as well as on the field. Being competitive 1 time every 4 years just wont cut it. The time for talk has long passed. UM spent over $350k on camps this year and really hasn't much to show for all the hassle and treasure it cost. UM's coaching simply needs to do better. As a whole UM should be able to out recruit damn near every school in the power 5. It has a great, historic program, world class academics, and a great college atmosphere. It should not be getting beat by OSU in recruiting. But until the trend changes on the field, it will not change. You gotta win to win.

man hours wasted isn't a good thing for your staff. michigans name rings nationally. i didn't understand harbaughs insistance on doing what over 30 camps in 30 days. i know it was an absurd number just don't remember how many. june is probably a good time for the staff to take a break with their families before the summer work outs start.
