Just getting back to GP with the fiancé. Stopped for an 8-corner pizza from Jets. There is nothing you could do to take this smile off my face (plus her parents both went to MSU). Go Blue!

Damn, I wish I could drink right now. I'm drinking strong black tea and trying to study biochem. But it's happy studying, at least, BECAUSE WE HAVE 900 WINS AND SPARTY IS 4-4. WOO

Had a couple of Bell's Two-Hearted, washed down by two pints of Sam Adam's Oktoberfest @ Bailey's Smokehouse in Richmond (am down here for a conference).

Beer has worn off, and am hungry again.  Luckily, there appears to be a source for more Bell's and junk food (Taco Hell, Chick-Fil-A) down the street from my hotel.  Wheee!

Have to be back at the conference by 8AM.  Plenty of time.

A) A combination of Boddington's and Strongbow cider. It is likely a good thing that I am now at home (after having been at the game, or at least much of it). 

B) I don't even know if "happy" does justice to it...."ecstatic" is perhaps closer.

1) So I get 4 days off a month. Today was not one of them. However, work got done at 2:30pm so I went straight to the bar. I still have to get up at 5:00am tomorrow. A fine gentlemen chearing for Florida bought me a shot of Jameson after a fine field goal attmept this evening. That was after I was a good 8 yuenglings deep. 

 

2) I am drunk. I dont drink often. Post game I picked up a sixer of yuengling. I dont know the last time I was this happy

 

 

....edit, yes I do. I was at the Mich v Osu gave last year. I was happy then too.

I just cracked a 22 of a New Belgium Lips of Faith Super India Pale Ale. Not drunk yet, but damned hopeful.

And I am ecstatic: spent a day at the zoo and the Impression 5 museum with my son while my Sparty wife is in Florida, caught a late show of the game on my DVR, and am going into my Lansing job on Monday with a smug as fuck grin and gun for a raise. Hoke Über Alles!

In PA, picked up a case of my favorite beer in the world last night to help embrace the Michigan connection. By the end of the game the tears were flowing almost as fast as the hippy nectar. Go Blue!!!!!!

Just got back from the game. What a grind it out victory. Boys never gave up. When I looked up and saw Denard had 2:00 minutes I laughed knowing what he is capable of per last year's game vs ND. I rushed the field, couldn't help myself.

GO BLUE! Oh the looks on Sparty's faces when they made that slow walk up the Big House stairs...priceless.
