I don't think I'm going out on a limb when I say this is do or die tonight for the Wings.
If we play like we did the last 2 periods on Sunday I like our chances. If we come out for another lousy first period, I don't.
Definitely a must win. The Wings can't go back to Nashville on the brink of elimination.

Devils took a 3-0 lead less then 10 minutes in, but the Cats have now came back and added 2 powerplay goals later in the 1st and an equalizer at the beginning of the 2nd. Both starting goalies have been pulled.
I'm guessing that most of the fans of that Devils-Panthers series are probably Devils fans, but man I love that rat-throwing tradition in Florida. Such an awesome story behind that miraculous 96 run for Florida.

ive been monitoring them all season, never really watching the games just looking at box scores and such, I know the NBA is an unpopular topic around here, but the pistons have had there moments this season where they look like a good team. As for tonight Cleveland is tanking the rest of this season for the draft, Brandon Knight is starting to look like a complete point guard, just need another big to complement Monroe and they could not suck next year.
haven't watched a Pistons game since they brought in AI. I just check up on them with the score center app from time to time

Comparing Det-Nash to other series, these have just been classic tight, defensive playoff hockey games. Physical but not overly chippy. The games aren't shootouts. Just struck me as interesting.

Starting to feel like this is going to be one of those games that the Wings just absolutely dominate and lose on a fluke goal/ bad turnover type goal.

Hopefully Nashville's puck luck runs out. A puck did get past Rinne, but another player cleared it off the line. Then Legwand covered the puck, no call (not that the Wings would have scored on the penalty shot).
Other games the few times he's been out of position on a rebound, someone blocked the shot.
