Those Sparties look like they were on the way to see the wonderful Wizard of Oz. Unfortunately, Lewerke looked a little too feminine to be Dorothy, throwing off the effect.

vs UM. Grind inside the tackles with small splits, run a few bootlegs and simple routes, and keep the clock churning. Lots of LJ.

If they keep it close, good for Dantonio. If they win, their season is made.

I hate Tennessee which is why I'm happy about it, but I agree on recruiting.

That said, that well is about to run dry. Kirby Smart is building something in Athens similar to Dabo at Clemson. It's just a matter if he'll be able to beat Bama in these upcoming SEC Championships games because I don't see anyone knocking off either team (regularly) while either coach is there.

Georgia's got some DUDES. Which is why we've been recruiting many of these same players.

I understand you are, otherwise you couldn't be commenting on it.

But it's not that bad is my point.

It's not like being down 14 to MSU means you're done. They're not some offensive powerhouse who's going to keep piling it on. Or at least they haven't shown that in recent years.

If it was Oklahoma, I'd say ballgame.

No. They're better than YOU thought they would be. Some of us have been saying all along that PSU was for real and MSU always plays tough. It's mostly homers on here that have said PSU was bad. That just doesn't pass the common sense test with their returning players and coming off a confidence-building Big !0 title.

Does anyone think that the Big Ten Network was given marching orders to do anything possible to fuel Saquon's Heisman candidacy?

They could cut to him drinking water on the sideline, and they'd be saying "It's INCREDIBLE how Saquon drinks water! That's the drinking form of a champion!"
