certainly agree with that.  Mrs MGoSoftball and I had a few on Burbon St.  There are several peeps sporting the M gear and only a few with VT gear.  I have to say that we outnumber LSU peeps.

It is a very warm 70 here.  Taking a break before heading back out into the mayhem.

It's a bucket of popcorn, some Guinness and the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.  The wife works at St. Joe's and won't be home  to after the ball drops.

From LSAClassOf2000 to the MGoCommunity - have an excellent New Year, beat the Hokies, and as always, GO BLUE!

If you're in the mood for popcorn and beer, let me know. LOL.

Will be ringing in the New Year's at 3AM EST in Marina Del Rey, CA.

Late dinner at Chart House overlooking the fireworks.

Will raise a glass to the Maize and Blue!

Happy New Years to all.  Was going to go to the Fight Hunger Bowl game if we hadn't needed to fly out early, so now just watching Midnight in Paris and looking forward to not seeing Justin Beiber ruin another great song with...oh wait, he just violated the Beatles with Carlos Santana as an accomplice.

okay, New Year's Resolution is to crusade against more crap musicians trying to ape off the talent of others.

Everyone wearing those blue Nivea hats should feel shame. I understand every artist, celebrity, and pseudo-celebrity selling their integrity as quickly as they can to corporate interests, such is the age we live in. But the common man need not debase himself so. Unless they passed out free whiskey or $20 bills with those blue asshats, this is yet another definitive symbol of the downfall of America

But Happy New Year all

...too many Rose Bowls in my prime, I guess. I now pose three practical questions.

Where should I relieve my bowels when I finally choose to go there?

What's a guy gotta do to get a beer there?

Are we going to be playing Stonehenge?

Happy new years! I am volunteering at my wife place of employment (Eisenhower center, a TBI rehab center). They are having a casino night for the residents. Tomorrow we leave for New Orleans. I can't wait to get to the bayou!

I'm going to bed soon, since I need to rise early so I can arrive in NOLA in time for the 4:00p pep rally. For the record, I'm driving from MI to LA and stopped in AL for the night.

Here's to dreams about jerseys, hotcakes, and golden poop. Be fun yet safe tonight.
