Basketball is such a weird game.  Syracuse was playing like crap at the end of the season.  I expected them to be bounced early in the tourney.  I thought a #4 seed was too high for them.  Now look at them.

Oh well.  Happy to see Tom Crean go down.  He can kiss my ass.

I can't believe that Crean didn't call a couple of his timeouts when his team was obviously having a very difficult time setting up their shots and it was late in the shot clock. Didn't he come up with even a couple of set plays against the zone in his preparation all week?

Indiana had 50 points after being awarded 24 FT attempts after averaging over 70 ppg through the season - maybe teams should have deployed the zone more often against them through the BIG season.

Comparing Michigan's success in preparing for a very clear defense against VCU with IU's utter failure against Syracuse gives me a little more faith going into the matchup tomorrow.

Beilein is a wonderful x's and o's coach, and I think he will have something up his sleeve to counter Withey the Whomping Willow.

I need a Louisville, Syracuse, Wichita State, Michigan final four with the good guys winning it all against Louisville to win my bracket. It can happen!

Tom Cream bitching about how they are one of the only "blue blood" programs that had to be built back up from nothing and I enjoy their loss even more.  Suck it, Tom Crean!  More time to work on your dye job and tan now....
