NBA Draft Open Thread (Not OT - Yay!)

The chance to see where Burke and Hardaway end up. Find out if your team can get one of them, someone else good, or biffs on the pick. And if you're in Ann Arbor, staying off the roads and out of the disaster area traffic downtown became tonight. Crack open a tasty adult beverage and get ready for some draftin'.

I'd like him a hell of a lot better if he were three inches taller.  He's going to have to become a lot more skilled to be an impact player in the NBA, I think.  He's not going to be that much more athletic than a lot of anymore.  And what position does he play?  He doesn't handle the ball like a two, and he's short for a three.

LOL Stern is hamming it up out there. At least he doesn't ignore the boos like Goodell.

I have a feeling there will be a 30 for 30 on this draft in the future.

He would likely be the 'best player available' if Len is gone.  Not sure if the Pistons need another project at big man but I dont see Noel being better than either Monroe or Drummond so bring him off the bench for energy

I feel bad for whoever goes to the Bobcats or Suns.  Those two teams are going to be horrible for a long, long time

At this rate the Pistons might have a shot to draft Noel.

Also, LOL MJ. Just, LOL. Keep on doing what you're doing, man. It's great. Like some magnificent avant garde piece.

Phoenix may take a chance on Noel.  They have been known to have an outstanding training staff so they may not be as worried about his knee

I've never been so happy to see a hated rival go in the Top 5. I hope Cody got his fill of wins at Indiana, because that ain't gonna be happening much in Charlotte.

On a side note, one good thing about Trey Burke possibly sliding is that whatever team is smart enough to take him will actually be half decent. Seeing Trey on some team with terrible management would be depressing.

I mean, it's gotta be awkward to sit there through this, but seeing Kentucky's biggest name plummet is pretty fantastic. Still anxiously awaiting the day Calipari gets their program obliterated by NCAA sanctions (if that's even a thing anymore...Mark Emmert)
