Please do not shoot the messenger on the basis that the original article makes Connor Cook look like a nice guy! My thought process is, to shine light and help humiliate Drew's so called "journalistic integrity".

Exactly. He will take the contrarian point of view every time to annoy people. If he were to do the same to State, he would look more objective and be less annoying to some Michigan fans. Ironic, as his own behavior in this effort reveals how insignificant he must view State and there fans to be.

which he collects only by pissing people off.  The only reason anyone knows the name "Drew Sharp" is because he intentionally wrote a bunch of BS articles intentionally crafted for maximum pissage of the largest fan-base in Michian.  THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN HIS GAME.

Getting pissed off at Drew Sharp makes him money.  So just stop.

I used to teach with a guy who was accepted to MSU and Michigan and chose MSU.  I think it is a 'little brother' type thing.  Some people see us wolverines as being arrogant when really we are just galliant (and awesome)!!!

I used to tell him all the time that he chose a lesser school and ultimately is a lesser human being because of his fear of a raised bar...  he usually laughed with me.

It's for the same reasons others who like Michigan who don't live in Ann Arbor or went to school there either. I never lived in AA nor did I go to Michigan. My dad was a Michigan grad and I grew up loving the school. The same situation happens for many parents/ grads of msu. Besides, did you ever stop to think that Michigan may not be EVERYONE'S cup of tea? To think they should be is rather conceited.

And no regional bias here but journalists, even sports journalists, at the NYT and WSJ, I am sure do " better" in terms of salary (not that salary is the sole measure of success) then Freep staffers. Does Freep even publish a newsstand edition daily?! And career path is so much better at NYT or WSJ. Again, my comment is not to put down Freep, but to put down Sharp. This makes him even more of an embarrassment. Am I'm surprised? Absolutely not. I'm glad the link was to the Detroit Sports Rag and not the Freep. He needs to be driven out of town like Rosenberg!

Since I do not recall any positive article from him about anything. It only stands to reason it was plagerized!

I, just like a lot of people here it seems, like to read the articles and content. But, I also like the banter. From time to time, it can get a bit lowbrow for my taste. But, I will not go further into that. As I should have pipped up two days ago during the Airing of Grievances. I will guess I will just have to wait another three hundred and sixty three days.

local Detroit media, including his radio competition, will find away to minimize this and blame this on Michigan fans. Dead serious. It will happen. The story will be 1) OK, I guess plagarism is wrong, kind of, 2) What a guy Conner Cook is! 3) SHAME on Michigan fans for bringing everybody down and hating on Sparty.
