Yes, it normally is, but this year homecoming was before sorority rush was over, and according to one of our 189484657567894 formal recruitment rules it could be dirty rushing to play in mudbowl before rush was over, and what's mudbowl without the halftime show?

This is ridiculous. We really don't have that many traditions (especially when compared to other schools) and seeing as this is the only one for Homecoming moving it is a trav-a-sham-ockery.

Agreed, quite a few people were upset that the Mud Bowl was moved from homecoming. Blasphemy.

I am pretty sure this is not the first time in the last four years that mud bowl has taken place on a saturday other than homecoming. Since the phi delts no longer play in the game and aren't good enough to make it in the tournament, the tradition of the game is thrown out the window.
