Terribly lopsided officiating. So far, the BTT has been hard to watch.
Unfortunate, since happ went out MSU went on 16-8 run in the last 8 minutes of the half. I forsee MSu coming out on fire with like a 20-4 run to start the 2nd half. Wisconsin had their shot int he first half but the refs f'ed them over.
so questionable officiating and Wiscy only down 4? Rebalanced officiating and this could get interesting.
Basketball refs are not conference specific.

Winston puts his elbow out every single time.
second one on Davidson was legit, the first call was completely a charge on Winston though and it wasn't even a very close call.

Davidson was out of bounds when he just stole the rebound. He tapped the ball away while he was out of bounds and grabbed it BEFORE his feet made contact on the court. Play should have been whistle dead and the ball awarded to Sparty.
This is just bad officiating which is frustrating because I am a believer that in the end it favor the underdog.....
Need some Badger magic. Like the times Wisconsin banked in three pointers or made half court shots to beat us in the past. I want Sparty to experience some of that.

MSU is mega overrated. They squeaked by Wisconsin twice, Indiana, Rutgers, Iowa and came back from huge deficits to Northwestern, PSU, and Maryland.

still think you look for a 2 here and a quick foul. It takes Wisconsin 5 minutes to run a set for an open 3 and it will be there last crack if they go with it.

For the most part, this has been a tough tournament to watch and not only because of the officiating, but some ugly stretches of play in general.
That said, the scenario described by the OP is eerily familiar. Hoping it doesn't happen today.

2-6 on FTs included mulitple front end of one-and-ones. that game was there for the taking. wisky probably wins if happ doesn't get that one ticky tack call in the first half when sparty went on a bit of a run to end the half.
