We're going to be fine, come tournament time we won't face any of these crowds. We already proved we can win on neutral sites. Don't worry I'm pissed off looking at the score but skies the limit.

I mean seriously...all this bitching about the refs is loser talk.  Refs favor the team that is trying hard and hustling more.  Michigan is doing neither, and when that happens, calls are going to go against you.  That's how sports work.

Try harder, and better things will happen.  End of story.

I never thought too much about people "getting" the rivalries, but it does seem like OSU and MSU come out and play harder against us in both football and basketball.  I know the coaches talk about the rivalries a lot, but the team doesn't come out with any passion or toughness.  MSU and OSU come out ready to rock.

And burn those We On shirts. They are fucking stupid to begin with.

They look like something Woody Harrelson would have worn in White Men Can't Jump (except for the lack of neon colors).

They have been in every game this year they have lost until tonight.  Kind of wonder if that Wiscy loss got into their head.  Sparty just ain't that good.

Sparty may not be as good as they look tonight but they are probably the best team in the B10.  I want to see them play IU in the B10 Tourney to judge but Michigan isn't mentally or physically tough enough to hang with them when they are on top of their game.  I don't like to admit it, but it is true.  We match up better with Indiana which is why they didn't totally embarrass us.  This program still has work to do before they are on an elite level.  They are still very young and the experience will help down the road.  The expectations have kind of grown out of control and the team is getting hit with a reality check.

I think Dave Brandon should start branding UM BB as "gritty" and "tough". Maybe then we could jump on people and not get fouls called. Home teams that are playing well have enough of an advantage, do these "tough" defensive teams really need the extra help?

This team frustrates me. While teams get up for us and play their best and with effort, we simply dont match it. And that goes to coaching. Could it be Belien is not used to coaching a team with NBA talent? Its different coaching teams that have good college players but not nba talent. This team has talent but lacks effort at times.
