Most Trustworthy Users

When reading threads about various rumors or inner workings of the school, there are certain users that claim to "know people" or have some sort of inside knowledge. I'm just curious, besides the mods, are there any users on this site that have been "vetted" and we can confirm as being "in the know?" Essentially, I want to know who you listen to and who you ignore.

There's a few guys around here. I know the one guy who walked on at FSU but loves Michigan seems to know a good amount of stuff. There's a few guys (whos usernames escape me) who clearly know some people in the AD.

Bro. Come on, man.  This is first I've seen your "Benn isn't me proof picture" and I am finally convinced that it is you.  I literally had no idea before, didn't care ... but it was funny to me.  I don't get how that's proof. 

 

Your link did show me that Benn changed his moniker to Jay-Z ... so now I think you're him too.

I first found Brian and this website in the last days of Lloyd Carr's administration.  On the TUESDAY before the OSU game that year, Brian wrote that he had inside info that Carr would resign the Sunday or Monday right after the same (forget which).  And in fact, that is precisely what happened.  And from that point on, Brian has been The Man to me.

Although... someone did even better than that....

A year earlier, I was in a taxi cab in Kansas City. The cabbie, a guy who's been around a while, told me he knew this and that guy in the football world.  Right, huh?  He said -- and this was prior to Henne's senior year -- that Carr had told someone who told someone, that he was going to hang out one more more year and wait for Henne and Jake Long to leave and then he'd retire.  I was like, right, dude.  So a year later later, when in fact that transpired, I could only look back and think, well either he was just a good guesser, or else that rumor had some legs to it.  (No, the cabbie wasn't Brian.  Or if it was, Brian's been photoshopping the crap out of his pictures.)
