Montez Robinson -IN DE
alright, i hate when the titles of forum topics are names but i'm feeling very uncreative right now. Anyway, Montez Robinson just decommitted from Auburn, and he's one of the top DE prospects according to Rivals. Although he currently lives in Indiana he is originally from Alabama, hence all the love he gives the SEC schools. However, he also likes Purdue and i don't know why we don't have a shot at him. this is probably a long shot but does anyone have anymore info on this guy? do we have any type of shot at him? calling TomVH...

I thought the same thing when he decommitted, but I haven't talked to him, so I'm not sure. I know we weren't high on his original list, so we'll see. I'll try to find out for you though.

Tom, just curious, not trying to invade privacy here.
Do you have connections with recruiting services or are you affiliated with something to be able to speak to so many recruits?
Actually, I am just curious as to what filter the recruits have to distinguish between scouts/recruiting professionals and average Joe. It actually scares me if any idiot off the street could start stalking recruits.
