Monday Bold Prediction Thread.

Barkley and Mcsorely are fantastic. Penn state is playing well. BUT. If you look up and down their roster and ours....We simply have more. This is a coaching matchup. This is another opportunity for a Coach Harbaugh to win a big one and I don't think he misses the mark this time. There is a lot riding on this game and I think the boys get it done. Quinn Nordin boots the winner through the uprights and Michigan wins 20 - 17. What say you?

Red zone defense. Barkley is going to make plays and keep drives alive on his own. If we can hold them to FGs, we'll have a shot.

Harbaugh>>Franklin lest yall forget.

I actually have a good feeling about this game as opposed to the MSU game. I just think this defense can keep us in any game right now. I think SB will get some yards but will ultimately be bottled up. I also feel that the OL is able to get some holes opened up and okorn does enough to pull out a win. Pretty excited for this one.

Don Brown talked earlier about how much preparation it took for the Air Force game.

Don Brown calls the plays this game with his new found knowledge of the triple option. 500 yards rushing. Michigan blowout.

Media claims Penn St is not as good as advertised, little credit given to Michigan, still discusses our QB situation.

Lots of work for our RB core....O'Korn will even get some runs in and maybe be told to skip his first read and go DIRECTLY to a wide open TE. Don't even bother with read #1 - go straight to #2.

I also think we have more athletes and ballers throughout the roster, though Barkley is tremendous.  I have a feeling we might even score more than 20 this week.  DPJ is rising and Ty Wheatley back in the lineup.  JOK has options and our defense will give the offense lots of chances.   Part of this for me is just hope, but I see a strong possiblity of growth by the team this week in this night game.  Win the turnover battle and we have a great shot.

My lovely wife, who is a game day jinx for all of us, will be working on Saturday with her boss who is a huge Penn state fan. He's not aware of what kind of jinx she is, so I fully expect Penn state to collapse as a result. 27-6. Wolverines.

Oh, and don't go thinking she's cheating on me. She doesn't look like a ten year old boy so I know he isn't interested.

Okorn 14 for 20, 147 yds. zero pics and 2 TDS.  Most of yards come on YAC. Michigan run O picks up nearly 250 yards combined.  Michigan D gives up less than 100 TOTAL yards to Barkley (both pass and run). McSorley passes for 158 yds and PSU has a total of 17 pts, 7 come on a kick return or turnover.  Michigan scores 24 pts.  Michigan 24 - 17.  MIchigan moves up to 10th in AP and coaches poll.  PSU falls to 12th.
