24/7 has him having "interest" in five schools: Michigan, Oregon (offer), Oregon St. (offer), Stanford, and Tennessee.

Not sure how much to make of that, but let's just hope he can make it out for a visit. 6'1 205ish with a 10.38 100 is impressive

I would absolutely love Tyner.  But I honestly just can't get my hopes up for him.  At least not until we can actually get a visit.  A visit from a west coast kid does mean some real interest.

As great as this would be, something tells me that the best speed back in the nation who is from Oregon, may stay close to home.  Hope we can get him though, kid looks legit.

If this kid ends up showing serious interest in Michigan (or commits! yes please!) at some point I will have to stop by one of his games to get some footage for the blog.

I live in Eugene currently and go to school in Corvallis. But I'm up in Portland quite often, which is where Beaverton is.

So hopefully I'll have a reason to make it to one of his games in the future.

True, that size with track speed hasn't been seen here at RB since Tyrone Wheatley.  But, track stars don't always pan out on the football field.  We'll have to see if he has the running instincts, durability, toughness, and vision to succeed at the major college level.   You'd think Oregon would have the inside track on him.  Still, I certainly wouldn't turn him away if I were Coach Hoke!

Looks like Tyner dropped Michigan as a school of interest on both Rivals and Scout as of yesterday at least.  This might have to do with the Thomas verbal post UTL.

Regardless I'm planning on going to his game tomorrow.  He is Denard fast.
