Don Brown (The D) kept them to 14 points.  Easily enough to be able to win this game if our offense (our QB) does the job.

Weird play calls but Speight lost this game for us.  At least 4 throws were under thrown and then totally over threw the long ball on that last one.  Not sure why we didn't run the ball more often to be honest ....

It;s really ok though  .... come on .... we will NOT drop out of the Playoff picture especially with Clemson and others losing.  If can beat OSU ... we are fine.  I will say ..... We do NOT need to look past our next game at all.  It will be another dog fight I believe.

Head up .... losses happen and Iowa always have been tough for us especially on the road.

We lost and I am glad we lost now ..... maybe it will piss our guys off enough to take us through the rest of the season.

(and possibly the cause of several beers), but it's nights like this that make me completely question how people on here can be so pissed that analysts don't think Michigan can beat Alabama.

I thought next week was the trap game, let's hope they wake up. As in so many years past, we are looking worse and OSU better as we get closer to the game. I was confident a couple of weeks ago, not at all anymore. In fact, wouldn't be surprised to see Bama OSU for the national title. Ugh. Shitty day

Plain and simple .. it is NOT easy to go undeteated.  Its just not.  Iowa has always been tough at their home field.

Maybe it's a good loss to get our guys back to running around with their hair on fire again!

Next week will be a big tell in that regards.

Again ...... 2nd year under Harbaugh ... I'm not expecting perfection ... Love Michigan football these days .... but yes ... tonight sucked pretty bad.

Lets hope it "awakens the sleeping giant" !!!

Rest easy everyone ....  still been an awesome season so far and we are NOT out of the hunt for the playoffs at ALL.   All is well.

OSU will be #2, then Lou, then Clem, then us. A win over OSU puts us in the top 4. Then gotta win in the championship game.

I think we still control our destiny just fine. Clemson and Washington losing were key.

And that game plan would be roll the dice whenever possible because your team has nothing to play for… force a safety… let us uncharacteristically drop several balls… pick up a questionable facemask penalty… and possibly injure our QB’s shoulder late in the game?
