My U of M source says Big Ten has plans to move Maryland game to noon Saturday (not 8pm) and will make final decision by tomorrow evening.

..is you have the rest of daylight and the evening to watch whatever other games, already knowing what happened to Michigan, and can drink more/less as required, even slip in a disco nap, and watch other games or party at night to either celebrate or escape the pain.

Noon game would be great. As it stands, my wife commandeered our 65" TV in the evening to watch "Les Miserables" with her mother (my protests were in vain). Noon game would be excellent.

Boddie this is your f'ing wake up call man!  I'm an FBI agent.

I felt a Point Break quote would lighten the mood.   Admitteldy could be a tough crowd.

The advice of our elders is still something we all respect.   Dengrating someone most of us revere (even though I don't beleive it was your intention you can see how it can be construed as such) is probably a sub optimal approach.

Just sayin...

Perhaps, but as I posted in another of the many weather threads, there will be street and river flooding WITHOUT Joaquin. If you're driving home at 5 pm, it will be a lot safer than if you're driving home at midnight with wipers going and lights coming at you, etc.  I'm betting noon for that reason and also because they essentially have to decide now.

Don't care what time the game is played as long as it gets played.  Having said that, given the forecast, I think moving the kickoff time would be a classic example of cliff diving.
