Is anyone still questioning his existence?

OMG the QB is toast

I just ran over a whole shitload of ducklings and bunnies that some kids were watching cross the street, but I still don't feel like I've gotten even with the UM basketball hating world. Any other thoughts?

If I had the unholy power that certain Michigan hating deities do I would not hesitate to destroy the city of Columbus right now. And every Buckeye fan everywhere. And maybe just end the universe while I'm at it, because I'm sure EVEN THAT would not assuage this year's pain enough.

is that winning this game still would not have resulted in a NIT or NCAA tourney birth. No guarantee we win the next game, let alone the one after that.

I never said I don't care about UM athletics (learn to read you idiot). I just could care less about basketball. I also don't get emotionally attached to sports as it is a game. Nothing more, nothing less. You people need to get some perspective on life.

But you're the one who doesn't think basketball is part of U-M Athletics. If you don't care about the basketball team, you obviously DON'T care about U-M Athletics. You may like one team. Or none, since you don't get emotionally attached to a game. That's what Athletics are, you know? If you don't care, what the fuck are you doing here on a Michigan Sports Blog? I mean, you don't care about it, you're have no emotional attachment (that's caring, duh), is there a point?

LEARN TO READ Show me where i said basketball is not apart of UM athletics. I don't care about one sport. Obviously, you could careless about other sports such as a gymnastics, women's crew, women's water polo. I seriously doubt you care about those other sports. I would know since I rowed during my undergrad and the only fans we had were our parents. Calm down, it is obvious your intelligence drops when you are under emotional stress. I NEVER SAID I DON'T CARE ABOUT UM SPORTS!!! i pray that are not a fellow UM grad...if you are then I am seriously questioning the rigor of the undergraduate education. Your logic is fucked.

Waaahhhh wahhhhh michigan basktball lost wahhhh wahhhh time to whine and moan on the internet waaahhh waahhhh By the way, you completely missed the context of that statement about rowing. I was just relaying the average michigan fan/sports fan interest in college sports other than football and basketball.

You started the insults first... Please go take a valium or some other antidepressent and calm down. I am still waiting for you to post a valid argument with sound and logical premises.

You're the only meltdown today. But your "emotions" are skewing your view on reality. I asked you what the point of your posts were (just trying to get negged?), and told you to be fair and treat this the same way if it's a sport you do care about. (And if you don't care, why are you even here). Then, as even another poster can see, you started calling me an idiot. So, you were threw the first insults. And many more. If you can't come to grips with this reality, that's locked into print here, I'm wondering what other pink elephants you're seeing. Don't talk about logic till you can show some.

Yet, you cannot wrap your head around the possiblity there are individuals that choose to not emotionally wrap there heads around events they have no control over. Then for some masturbatory reason, you come on to a sports blog to bitch and moan like it solves anything. Don't talk to me about logic when you are obviously emotionally compromised by the game today that you cannot let go if your emotions. There will be a new day tomorrow, and we will play ohio state again next fall in football and other sports. There will be other chances to beat ohio state. Calm down, your stress level cannot be healthy.

What's more logical...someone who cares about sports coming to a sports blog to complain about sports, or someone who doesn't like basketball coming onto a sports blog to tell people not to come to a sports blog to complain about sports? (Like how you switched up your points, again, ignoring what you were refuted on...nice move). And it seems you've gotten much more stressed out today than anybody. (Because if you were so calm and cool and above it all..you'd have stopped posting awhile ago). Frankly, I'm only still here because I want to see how narrow these posts can get...

You know there are sports other than basketball? I am willing to bet not everyone on here cares about football. Yet they still come on here. What is logical about that? Nothing is logical about that line of thinking, from your logic. I like how you keep assuming i don't like sports even though; I was a college athlete and I like all other sports other than basketball. You are displaying some awesome reading comprehension and debating skills, right from the school of Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh. Why make intelligent points when you can just ignore what the other person says and make wild assumptions. Seriously I am calm as a lake on a sunny saturday morning. You are the only one that keeps replying to me getting bent out of shape because i am not emotionally attached to this basketball game. Seriously, why get emotionally attached to events you have absolutely no control over? I asked this before in this thread and in another, yet you ignore it.

"MGoBlog: Michigan Football, basketball, hockey, and general what-have-you" Uhm, yeah, the majority of people come for what interests Brian, which is what he covers. And telling them not to be interested in what this site is all about is kinda...stupid. Can it go on tangents? Sure. But it exists BECAUSE people care about it. I must have missed the question...but since I answer them, I'll do my best: There are lots of things in life I have no control over. The death of a relative. Earthquakes in Haiti, clubbed seals. It doesn't mean I don't care, or have emotion for any of them. If we all lived life as "it is what it is", we'd be robots, not people. As for sports more specific, everyone has their passions. For a lot of us here, U-M Athletics is at least one of them. And it DOES do things to my life. It changes how the University that represents us all is portrayed, and it garners different reaction from the people around us who may or may not be affiliated with Michigan. And this was an opportunity, maybe minor in the big picture, but HUGE in the micro, that slipped away.

"I care about U-M Athletics. U-M Basketball is part of Michigan Athletics. I don't care about U-M basketball." And my logic is fucked. I don't like losing in any of those sports. Do I like some of them more than others, yes. But I've been pissed at softball games, and track and field, and all sorts of other sports. Whatever sport you care about, you know you are on a Blog that covers Football, some Basketball and Hockey, and not really too much on the other sports, right? So people who care about THOSE sports are going to be here. If you don't care about THOSE sports, uh, leave.

and there are posts about soccer, track, volleyball, hockey, gymnastics on here. Yet, my admittance that i think basketball is a boring sport somehow admonishes you. If you don't like my attitude that i could care less what happens in basketball then stop replying to me. Believe it or not there are individuals around the world that don't get emotionally attached in sports to the point they come on sports blog to cry link a 16 year old girl that got handed the keys to a Honda Accord at her sweet 16 party.

Stop telling people how to react about a sport you don't care about, and you won't get any response back! And frankly, the only meltdown the board has really had today is you. Take a step back, take a deep breath. Go row or something for awhile.

Seriously, go slam down some Maker's Mark or Budwesier with your redneck buddies. I just think it hilarious you are getting so bent out of proportion that somesone could careless about what happened in the basketball game. Emotional detachment is more healthy. Stress will definitely shorten your life.
