What the hell is going on? I haven't figured it out. No idea what the AD is talking about.
has been a weird week.
you could try snapchat
What about traditional television?
I don't get the craze over SnapChat and Facebook.
FaceCancer?
He has talked about hoping Red Berenson stays on as coach, getting Harbaugh deferred compensation plan done, Pete Carroll v. Jim Harbaugh in the Pac10, and made it clear he is not against night games just did not want to do one this year (which is stupid by the way)!
1) Beilein recruiting?
2) Beilein transfer policies?
3) Beilein and Doyle?
4) Beilein and Spike?
5) Beilien and Joshua Jackson?
6) Beilein and possible grad tranfers?
7) Beilein fired?
8) Beilein not fired?
9) Beilein on Godfather 1 v. Godfather 2?
10) Acceptability of "Johnny Beehives" nickname?
He spoke with Beilein yesterday and was "happy to see John release Spike and Doyle to go play wherever they want to go." He is in favor of letting transfers go anywhere in the country after they are done with Michigan. Beilein will not be fired. That is what I have assessed so far.
Godfather thing?
Strange, but ok.
We are LIVE from a press conference with Athletic Director Warde Manuel! Tune in! #GoBlue

Manuel stated that his personal belief is that it doen't make sense to offer ninth and tenth graders scholarships, as well as having coaches travel to recruit them. His experience is that senior-year scholarship offers make most sense.
Don't know how this matches current recruiting practices for certain sports. . as well as how this matches cultivating long-term relationships.
anybody else feel like he may kind of be going in a more "traditionalist" direction than was previously expected? That is not particularly progressive thinking right there.
I have some misgivings about this viewpoint.
Anything we can get unreasonably angry about?
Yeah! Those of us stranded at airports unable to watch the spring game need something juicy to foment our "GET OFF MY LAWN" angst!!
Any word on how he plans to bring down the Devil of Hell's Kitchen once and for all?
What does this have to do with Gordon Ramsay?

He's not as polished - "as Michigan" (adjective) - when compared with Jim Hackett. I think we grew a little spoiled during Hackett's tenure.
