And let's be honest. How qualified do you really need to be to be an analyst? I'd imagine if you coach a halfway decent high school team in California, you'll probably do okay at being an analyst. I'd imagine the job is mostly breaking down opponent film and providing a scouting report. Just about any high school coach should be able to do that. I say call Antioch HS and make the offer.

The coaches Harbaugh hired - Bush Sr from Flanagan and Partridge from Paramus - were both long time, successful coaches at nationally known high school programs.  Both Brooklyn Poly Prep (Wilson) and Antioch (Harris) are middling programs in middling conferences.  Nowhere near nationally recognized, aside from having a 5-star play for them.  If not for the 5-stars, those two programs would still be anonymous, and likely have losing records.  I don't think Harbaugh would even entertain hiring thier coaches, even for an analyst position.

No surprise. There will be a number of promoting of familar names between the 2 BFFs. Look out for someone like Pep Hamilton to find a temporary spot in Ann Arbor or Eugene if he's fired from the Browns.
