Mich Prop Bet Opinion
Before I lose my kids college fund, I wanted to poll the Mgoblog community on this bet.
Vincent Smith Over/under 9 carries.
With Fitz back starting, Denard looking to run the ball, Rawls, Hopkins, Hayes etc.. I can't see him going over. The only situation I see him going over is if we blow them out and he's the designated scrub time back.
Agree or disagree?

Depends how confident you are in us blowing them out...I would definitley favor the under though.

Over. I have to think if they had a better option we'd have seen it by the end of the Bama game.

I expect to see him still be a change of pace back. If the lead feels comfortable they will probably use him more toward the end of the game.

Dear Lord, Please be under! Love the kid as a blocker and receiver but please, please, PLEASE don't let him run the ball 9+ times!

I'd say you have to go with UNDER. Also, I think they probably want to see a little more out of Rawls against a Non-NFL caliber team like Bama, just to see what Rawls can do. Just speculation on my part.

over
after we soften them up and wear them out the first 2-3 quarters, smith will be in a lot.

Under. But please don't wager too much on this. So many variables. There's gotta be a more confident prop bet out there?? (Not that I'm condoning wagering too much on these anyway!)

Think of it this way. Is Smith going to get more than 25% of the total carries? Doubtful imo. For that to happen we're going to have to have more than 40 rushing attempts in this game. In a game where Air Force could conceivably win the time of possession battle and still lose by two TDs I feel it's unlikely he gets 10 carries. The better prop is who will get more carries between Smith and Rawls.
Denard ~15
Fitz ~20
Smith ~5
Rawls ~5
