MGoStore Issues

Anybody else placed an order in the last few weeks and still waiting? I'm in AA, ordered two shirts on the 10th and still nothing. No luck even getting a timely response from the customer service folks either. I was under the impression that these shirts shipped from the Underground in AA, which would make the customer service email I got after my first inquiry (instructing me to waiting 7-10 days from the date of shipping) kind of disingenuous.

The postman stole my shirts! My roommate's having the same issue, having ordered a few days before me. Oh well. I'm hoping everything arrives before the weekend.

I'm not sure. I've only been there a couple times and it was to pick up shirts they printed for my band. I'm also not sure how much stock they keep in store because its a really tiny place.

and i got mine within 3 days, though 1 of the 3 orders was incorrect. however they were quick to refund the shipping costs and re-ship the correct one.

I just wanted to note here that after sending an email to the mgostore, the customer service I was given was exceptional. Not only did I receive a replacement order right away, but it was overnighted to me in San Francisco.

On top of THAT, they threw in an extra shirt (The Power of the Forcier model) just because, I suppose. I now feel a little sheepish about my initial frustration and am beyond satisfied with my MGoExperience with the MGoStore.

Highly recommended.

I've ordered twice in the last month and received both orders within a week of ordering (and one of those orders was over Labor Day weekend). I'm in the middle of nowhere, South Dakota. One of our orders was slightly screwed up. I emailed the listed contact and received a prompt and courteous reply.

I guess what I'm trying to say is the service and product are both top notch in my book, and I'm not all that easy to please.

Sounds like you better have a talk with either your mailman or your roommate.

Ordered mine on Monday morning.. emailed on Tuesday to change the color, and still got my shirts on Wednesday. I'm about as far west as you can go in Michigan as well. MGOStore is awesome. They are as quick as the M-Den is. Which is way more than I can say from that new company that is shipping our stuff out of Texas.

I am more in line with the OP. I ordered mine the Thursday before the Thursday before our first game. 9 days in advance. I live in Chicago. It didn't show up until the Tuesday following Labor Day, which was 3 days after our first game. My math tells me that's 12 days, 7 of which were business days before the game, 8 if you count the Saturday a week before the opener, which is a day the postal service delivers. I was/am disappointed and likely will not order a shirt from them again. Besides, I kinda like the "weathered" looking ones they're selling on now.

I ordered mine and received it within six days. I didn't receive an email to indicate that it had shipped so I emailed Brian. He got me in touch with the Underground and they took care of everything! TOTALLY satisfied with the service and shirt! GO BLUE!

If you need your shirts fast - shoot us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate.

Normally you will receive shirts within 2-3 days. But the reason we say 7-10 BUSINESS days is

a) We ship USPS regular mail to keep costs done, and while they USUALLY are within 1 to 2 days it is not guaranteed.

b) The MGoBlogStore is still a smaller online store. We dont stock as deep as bigger online retailers. So we print on demand as we get low on stock, but it is possible that on popular/new items we can get sold out and need a few extra days to print a reorder.

We are always happy to do what we can if you need shirts in a hurry - just let us know.

If you ever dont receive your shirts in within that 7-10 business days let us know right away and will send your shirts again UPS so its trackable.

I didnt see your original post from last week or I would have contacted you - that USPS debacle is stupid. First, we use a scale and software provided by USPS. Second, it should have been returned to us where we could have rushed another one to you in time for the game - not held hostage for you to have to deal with.

Sorry for the inconvenience, although the shirt you did wear could have made the difference in the big win. Shirts are powerful like that.

My shirt came two days after I ordered it. I called with a question and they noticed that I had somehow accidentally double ordered. Refunded me ASAP.

Customer Service seems Top Notch.

If I ordered a shirt online is it possible that I could return it to the store or exchange a size? I am in A2 for all home games so this would be awesome if available.

I bought a couple of Ls (Forcier & Mascot) but I want to see if a M would fit a little better.

P.S. My own testimonial: Ordered 2 shirts on a Wednesday nite and received them Saturday afternoon (I live in Grand Rapids). As expected.
