Cute "quote," elno, but someone may take it seriously.  And sadly, on the internet, there are enough people who will trash one and even get personal about it just for having opinions that disagree with theirs that I don't need a misunderstanding to cause me to have more "cyberstalkers."

So, for the record: Mathlete does work that is so epic that it is often beyond my scope of comprehension; sometimes I have to skip to the end and read his conclusions.  Jamiemac's picks are at least as good as those of  the "big boys" in the "bidness ."  I respect them both and look forward to the reads.

I just want to watch Saturday's NW-Wisco replay on the BTN with the Mathlete.

I'd love to pick his brain on player value as I think it could be a useful tool in handicapping games.

But, I also want him to point out to me, in tangible terms, where this team is lucky.

The post was meant to caution people who want to downgrade the Cats based on this 'luckiest team in the land' meme, not to indict the Mathlete. But, he is the reason that meme started up, so he cant skate by without a little jab from me.
