I'm pretty level headed and this is brutal.  Over the last couple months we lost our top two recruits to Alabama and Georgia.  We lose our final 3 games.  OSU just rolls in and takes Friday and NPF and we don't win a single recruiting battle that I can remember other than Barrett.  We missed on OL Patterson and it seems like we are on the outside for the Rice transfer.

We are down to 19 in the composite while even PSU is at number six with 3 five stars.  People can say this stuff doesn't matter but we are making life real hard on ourselves going forward.

Patterson better be eligible.  The football Gods owe us one at this point.

Michigan loses to Northwestern, Caris Levert gets decapitated by a screen, Tim Hardaway Jr gets a facefull of the Greek Freak's junk, Michigan sees all of their remaining targets go to rivals, and their best "commit" in the class flips after being "committed" for like 2 years. Good 24 hours boys & girls. Sign up Mcelwain and call it a day.

Friday was the one that hurt.  I still held out hope for Reese.  It's better to just shake my head at this point and hope the current crop coming in and existing roster are hell bent on beating O$U and MSU.

2018 is turning into a fantastic year so far, and this is just the beginning of the year. We use to be National Champs after the recruiting season, and heisman winner after the spring game. I guess we cant enjoy these things anymore. But we can hope we will have an amazing year on the field till we play ND, then we will switch to we can win the B10 till we play MSU, then we can still beat OSU, till we get trashed in their place. Then we will say Next year we have all our rivals in the big house. So we will continue to be in this endless cycle of next year is our year. continue dishing out big money to people that dont earn it and continue to keep people on the staff that arent good at anything. Not sure where Harbaugh is taking this ship to.

Who needs highly rated athletes? Look at all the assistant coaches, analysts, and GAs we have going for us now. Good athletes would have been overkill.

Today reminds me of those days in college where you'd walk back home through 0 degree weather after getting wrecked on an exam. And then you'd get started on a 4pm pregame with your buddies pretending everything was alright. Exact same feeling right now

I walked away from a car that was totalled (T-boned by a driver on suspended license, who ran a red light at a major intersection). Somehow, all of this recruiting stuff doesn't bother me as much...

I'm another one of the truly disillusioned Michigan fans who think we are going to recruit at the level of Bama and OSU. I'm not sure why I even get my hopes up.

First of all- Michigan academic programs/ standards/admissions are too high for those type of players that only want to MAJOR in ELIGIBILITY. We should be proud of that but somehow doesn't make me feel better.

Second- I would assume we don't have a BAGMAN ($$$$) like other programs. If we did it's a shitty bagman.

Third- let's be honest. Coaching has got to get better.

I'm all in on Michigan Sports--always have been. And I'm sure I will be front seat wishing for 5 stars being recruited nationally year after year to come to Michigan.

Just a thought. Coaching Dream Team

1. LaMarr Woodley Dline

2. Charles Woodson DB

3. Tom Brady QB's

4. Jerome Bettis RB's (Detroit Hero)

5. Desmond Howard WR's

6. Jumbo Elliot O-Line

Head Coach--- develop an Algorithm to run the team/ or just use the kid from Little Giants and his 1980's computer spitting out plays.

Talking about drinking.... I was thinking about going to the DeAngrlis CanTina Del Vino Winery in Ann Arbor but there website has zero info on it. I’m guessing I’d need to make a reservation but has anyone been there and knows how it works???
