We had 18 points in less than 7 minutes to start the game. 14 points the final 13 minutes. Settling for too many 3 pointers and turnovers.

Settling for turnovers. “Gosh, that sounds like a good idea. Let’s turn the ball over.” Poole was fouled (no call) on his 3 attempt. Matthews was fouled (no call) on his drive that resulted in a turnover. Matthews was also called with shuffling his feet before driving — maybe he did, I didn’t see, but it wasn’t an obvious call. Oh, and he also got a turnover on the worst charge call I’ve ever seen. Michigan’s offense is fine.

Another half of the new Michigan b-ball team, winning with defense. Northwestern is lucky to have 29 points. Scottie Lindsey is chucking up heavily contested threes... not sustainable. Michigan is getting better looks and playing better D. Let’s win it, ugly is fine with me!
