Hope they keep him away from Borges' buffet line.

He can use it but he shouldn't expect bacon bits or ranch dressing to be available.

Then that will put us in great position to keep O'Brien in-state

Let's hoke so. They said they would like to play together but wont force it. What's so special about Tenn anyway?

he's 6'5" and 260? is he pat massey's brother?
February 22nd, 2011 at 6:01 PM ^
No, that would be Mike Massey.
February 22nd, 2011 at 6:01 PM ^
He's Mike Massey's father.

Pat was 6'8" and needed a steady diet of pizzas to maintain 280 (he was listed higher but ... not really). Godin at 260 (if that is accurate) could play at a solid 290+ in three years which would do for the 3 tech or perhaps SDE. The kid bleeds maize and blue = sign him up.

Hoke will be goadin' him to commit all afternoon.

Is Hoke and company looking at him as a DT or DE?
February 22nd, 2011 at 6:24 PM ^
I've heard mostly DT, but he's likely an RVB type player - a guy who can either be a big DE or a DT. It will also depend on how he fills out his frame over the next couple years. I'm betting he's a DT, especially if we get Wormley.
February 22nd, 2011 at 8:07 PM ^
Wormley also has the size to end up at DT, fwiw.

Yeah, but I he has the crazy athleticism thing going on, so I hope we can always keep him at DE. He can be like Clayborn or Heyward from this past year - a DT sized DE. They were pretty successful.

I really Hoke we get this kid........... Sorry.
