Who ya got on upset alert?
These 1 seeds do not seem that great at all.
Looks like a mini 1970s George Foreman
Nova going down. I can feel it coming in the air tonight.
Not happening Phil. 'Nova is too damn good to lose to a scrub.
Hey Purdue, maybe close out on shooters.
All by my lonesome on the kibbitz lol
Good shit St. Mary's... and Mt. St. Mary's lol
St. Mary's is seriously impressive. And they're ranked 14(!) on Kempom.
Ugh, my bracket is made of cheese.
I have one bracket left unbusted. For now.
I'm getting the feeling Maryland didn't even bother scouting Xavier
Very tired after the B1G tournament
The opening day of the tourney I absolutely shit the bed, only to recover the rest of the way and come in second. So far, par for the course
Make a basket you fucking terps
Not really a banner day for the conference today, and these were the higher-seeded teams to boot.
Maryland has looked a bit down this last month, so that doesn't surprise me they got beat by Xavier. But Purdue has played really well against everyone not named Michigan.
I heard the overunder for B1G wins was 6.5...so on average each of the 7 teams wins one. Not looking good!
Melo Trimble...
I contend his cool name gets him accolades. Always seems like an average player out there trying to live up to his hype.
Chris Mack kicked Mark Turgeon's ass, which was predictable.
My first loss, and it's a sweet 16 team too - thanks, you d-bag Maryland
Like Minnesota, Maryland was also way overseeded. Their last 10 games leading up to the Tournament, they went 4-6. They have not been a good basketball team the last half of he season
Clock shenanigans
Swanigan pretty emphatically shut the door there.
Yes he did.
Strong finish against Vermont. Congrats to Purdue and Northwestern.
FGCU returns to the tournament by dunking right on Florida State's face. I missed them.

Games have sort of sucked so far...been a while since I've felt that way.

Really impressive, and without the aid of Sumner (a Detroit native), who was the second leading-scorer on the team before he went down for the season with injury. This game might have been an absolute laugher with a fully-healthy X team.
Anyway...
Let's get it done tomorrow. Because -- even tho it's a tough draw for us, for sure -- a rematch with Louisville would be a lot of fun.

Seth Greenberg has decided that doubling off of Koenig is his strategy. Not the best.

He so wishes he was coaching them right now! (Buzz Williams)
Point taken though and true.

Whoops. They're like the same person though.

DJ Wilson seems to have shattered Ethan Happ's confidence.

This Wisconsin game is going to be nothing short or a great ending it seems

Annnnd Iowa St is trying to piss this away...
Edit:And now they get a couple buckets and push it up to 12 pt lead again. Wow.

I like Iowa State this year. Prohm will serve them well.
